Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 65jährigen Patientin mit Harnstauungsniere, Pyonephrose und Urosepsis fand
sich eine Ureterhernie in das Foramen ischiadicum als Ursache der einseitigen postrenalen
Obstruktion. Die Sepsis konnte durch die notfallmäßige Einlage einer perkutanen Nephrostomie
und eine anschließende hochdosierte Antibiotikabehandlung beherrscht werden. Nach
vollständiger Rekonvaleszenz der Patientin wurde die Ischiadikushernie operativ verschlossen.
Abstract
A female patient was presented as emergency case with pyonephrosis and septicemia
as a result of ureterosciatic hernia. Septicemia was successfully treated by immediate
percutaneous nephrostomy tubing and intravenous antibiotics. After complete recession
of symptoms the hernia was closed operatively. Topographic anatomy of ureterosciatic
hernia is presented.
